The Grading Process

Step 1: Secure Submission & Intake

Complete our online submission form, carefully pack your items following our guidelines, and ship them to our secure facility. Upon arrival, items are inventoried and verified against your submission.

Step 2: Expert Authentication

Step 3: Meticulous Grading

Once graded, your item is carefully placed and sealed in our custom archival holder, along with its unique RarePage identification label.

Step 5: Digital Archiving & Final Review

2. User Accounts & Submissions
To use certain Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. When submitting items for grading, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You represent that you are the rightful owner of any items submitted or have the authority to submit them.

3. Turnaround Times & Risk of Loss
Estimated turnaround times are approximations and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays. You are responsible for adequately insuring your items during shipment to us. Risk of loss or damage to your items during return shipment passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise specified and covered by additional insurance purchased through us.

4. Grading & Encapsulation
Our encapsulation process is designed to protect graded items. However, RarePage.com is not responsible for damage that may occur if a case is opened or tampered with. Re-grading of items previously graded by RarePage.com or other services is subject to our standard fees and processes.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RarePage.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
